None of the 2 women I spoke to knew what to do to resolve the situation and again placed me on hold for ages purporting to connect me to a Manager. When I called customer services I asked to speak to a manager and was instead put on hold for ages and was not connected to a Manager. WTH? The parcel was as light as a feather so if the courier had knocked on my door and hand delivered the package I would have had the opportunity to REFUSE the parcel outright. Imagine my horror and frustration for the equally corrupt courier to leave mý parcel outside my front door without ringing my bell and then to discoveri I was sent 2 single units of lavilin that amazon sells for £15 each. I placed an order for 2 x 6 pack of lavilin at a cost of £50 each. Then I spoke to an extremely rude manager who told me that the other associates were wrong and I had to contact the seller and amazon couldn't help any further! This ridiculousness has been going on for literally months! Each conversation taking up beating an hour of my time!!!! I am livid! I have spend thousands on Amazon and have multiple subscriptions to their different services but I am cancelling every single one now and I will never shop with them again!Īmazon are a bunch of fraudsters and thrives. Many of them told me I had to wait 48 hours for the seller to respond before they could escalate the situation - each time the seller ignored me and then i had to wait ANOTHER 48 hours! How many 48 hours should I have to wait?! One person told me I could claim and another told me that they would escalate to a specialist team and they would give me a refund. Every time, the Amazon associates have given me different answers.

I have spoken to amazon 10-ish times, via their online chat, and every single time I have to repeat the SAME conversation and give them exactly the same information as the time before. I have been trying for months to return a dangerous chair and the seller has been refusing to interact with me. They kept our money from our business.ĮXTREMELY poor customer service. We don’t and won’t have anything to do with Amazon. We don’t buy from anyone on amazon now, you get better deals from individual websites if you do a search. Amazon is so much stress for very little reward. Now they have quarantined all of our listings due to their white backgrounds rule (which we have already done when that first came out because they quarantined our listings then despite the rule being extended by nearly a year, but they still quarantined our listings for white backgrounds within days of the email being sent) If you want to sell on Amazon don’t bother, put your effort into social media and do it yourself. We contacted customer support numerous times to be told to get a credit card (we shouldn’t need a credit card, they have been perfectly happy with 2 debit cards) They have our bank account on file but are refusing to give our money that we have earned by selling via Amazon. They blocked our entire seller central account so we couldn’t deal with any orders, reply to customer messages or get our money that we have made via selling on Amazon. They kept telling us to get a credit card to continue selling on Amazon. Our debit card required updating and Amazon would not accept it. This year we have been having a lot of difficulties with Amazon. We started 5 years ago selling on Amazon handmade and they were perfectly happy with the debit card on file. I called Amazon customer service regarding a delivery they didn't seem to understand the point I was trying to make so I asked to speak to a manager was told they would call me within 24hours they didn't I called back was told they would get a manager to call me in a hour they didn't I called today was basically told that when it says if you order with 3 hours your delivery will be there tomorrow doesn't actually mean it will be there tomorrow and you will only get the true delivery date AFTER you place and pay for your order and no matter what I said they didn't understand why I was annoyed even though it doesn't say estimated the manager hung up I called back and got the most arrogant man I have ever spoke to and I worked in a call centre for 22yrs I cancel my prime membership and was told I wouldn't get a refund which I never asked for was also told that my complaint will be looked at but I would not be informed as to the outcome as basically it's none of my business there customer service is a jokeĭo not sell on Amazon.
